(More customer reviews)Purchased two pn-1mya pendant lambs to go over our kitchen sink. Units look very nice and initially installed easily and worked. However, not for long and with very little use, one unit stopped working and we thought it was the bulb. After 3 bulb replacements we removed the unit and had the transformer checked to find that it was bad! We checked the web and found that Eurofase products have a history of failed transformers! Because the unit was over one year old, there was no warrantee. contacted Eurofase who are based in Ontario Canada and they said that they did not deal with the end customers but after several calls to their customer service they sent a replacement transformer but would not do anything else to make good the poor quality of the electrical components of their units!
