(More customer reviews)Before I ordered this item I wrote the Greenfeet asking for advice. I grind my coffee very fine and wanted to know if this would work for me. "Valerie
Ambassador of Customer Happiness" wrote back to me "This should work fine - it's made for use with automatic coffee pots." Since I don't use an automatic coffee pot and she said it should work fine I believed her. I put some of my coffee in the filter and it sifted through before I even added any water.
I also noted in a review that someone had written that Greenfeet was great about refunding all their money for something that didn't work out. While I was refunded the money for the merchandise I was not refunded the shipping. So I was sucked in admittedly through my own failure to read the fine print but I thought I was getting good advice from the seller. I was wrong twice.
