(More customer reviews)I ordered a 36" wreath. But a 30" (actually measures only 23" on metal rim) arrived. I immediately contacted the store and they said they would send the proper size wreath. Today the wreath arrived and it was still only a 30" (23" rim). They are lovely wreaths but much smaller than I can use on the house. Also, 11 days before Christmas and noone answers at their 800 nbr, direct nbr, operator, or answers emails that are sent. Their voice message says to use the Live Chat on the homepage, but there is none. They are probably overwhelmed with work this time of year.
