(More customer reviews)This yarn is softer than the typical Red Heart brand. There is some give in the yarn, but not as much as yarn made with a higher percentage of synthetic fibers. The dyelot I used had some funky dark and light streaks running through it which I selected for my handbag. I have noticed that the recycled yarn tends to 'frizz' less than the super saver yarn as well. I'm very happy with my purchase.
