(More customer reviews)A pretty and unique tree, although a bit sparse. Unfortunately, the tree lights were defective and 2 strings did not work due to a broken wire. When I tried to exchange the tree, the company told me it was too late, I only have 72 hours once I received the tree to return/exchange it. It was too early to set up the tree when I received the order and I expected a brand new tree to work! Anyway, I had to fight with the ironically named "Christmas Central" to exchange it. I sent the defective one back and have yet to receive my new one in exchange. A big hassle and bad service for a tree that is only of moderate quality.
