I was skeptical at first, because I think I have been spoiled by all the plug ins with fans, candles, and automatic spray type air fresheners. This little gizmo works great without all of the gadgetry. I LOVE the Thai Dragon Fruit scent, and it is strong enough to be noticed, but still subtle. I think that these are great for bathrooms, and small storage areas where the air tends to get a little bit stale, even closets. They won't provide strong scent for larger areas, at least not with just one unit. I did however place one on my dining room table, and it provided a nice hint of fragrance when we were sitting around the table. I like that the scent doesn't smell like chemical aerosol type fresheners do.
