(More customer reviews)I returned this collar because it was sized improperly.....even though I ordered the 'medium' for a small, 16 lb. dog, it still required me to maximize the neck adjustment and therefore the velcro closures weren't 'stable'. Additionally, when my dog laid his head down, the collar more or less collapsed on his face and I was afraid it might interfere with his breathing during the night.
