(More customer reviews)Okay, I ordered this as part of a Valentine's gift for my boyfriend. Fill with his favorite candy, red ribbon--and I've got an easy, not-over-extravagant gift. I saw this gorgeous jar, and from the picture, I expected it to be 6-8 inches high.
I was WRONG.
This jar is HUGE--a foot high, with a 7 inch diameter.
Upon seeing this monster laying in the packaging, I began to freak out, thinking I had misread the dimensions. I went back to the product page to double check and make sure that it was my mistake, in misreading the size of the jar. However, I realized that I didn't misread them--there were no dimensions listed at all.
If this has been corrected by now, then please disregard. If not, then at least consider the enormous size of this rather pretty glass jar before buying.
Personally, I haven't decided whether I actually want to keep it or return it...:/
